The single wasn't released for commercial purpose, only were sent promotional CD singles to radio stations at U.S. and Argentina. The song was written by Peruvian singer-composer Gian Marco.

Though Gloria used always to change the meaning of the songs on her translations, this one was the exception, this song has the same meaning in Spanish and in English, even the song name is the same. The song talks about memories and the feeling made by only seeing a simple everyday picture.
The song was especially dedicated to the parents of Gloria's husband Emilio Estefan Jr.. The people featuring at the photography of the single cover are Estefan's Jr. parents.
